Book Mock Up 1

I wanted to get some sort of physical representation of how the book might end up looking. This mock up has got me thinking about how many steps down the pages will have in relation to the grids. It has also opened my eyes to the possibility of a range of products.

I have also been considering the size of the icons down the side of the book but not sure if I will use this technique as it may take away from its usability / sustainability.

It has also given me a better idea of how the type will look when printed!
