Made a lot of progress since last year in my understanding of app design, previously thinking it was purely ornamental process. However this time I tried to approach it in a more structured way, mapping out what pages I would need, and how the elements of the app work together. The different tones off grey add depth and make the squares feel more like buttons.-
I still need to create some variations and fully understand how it will work, from here I will apply the same sort of gridded design to a web-page and to the ipad app.
