Acetate

Sketches from one of my initial ideas, to re-promote vinyl and the 100% vinyl night 'Acetate' in leeds.

I was exploring a simple black and white aesthetic as a reference to vinyl, the print methods that I was exploring in these sketches were
Duplexing - Vinyl sleeve - using die cutting and different stocks duplexed together instead of inks
Spot Varnish - Posters - Using a matte stock and spot varnish over the black shapes to recreate the feel of a vinyl, again using a simple black and white aesthetic.
