Becoming and staying an organised and effective first year student
What do you need to communicate? 
The importance of organisation, and a simple to use and cheap way of keeping loose sheets or specific module information safe
Why do they need to know?
Because keeping work organised makes it much easier to access and use when you need it.
What will they respond to?
Calendar / filing systems / pack of folders
Where do they go?
In the graphics room, specific draw?

RATIONALE 2
The brief... 
Keeping yourself entertained on long journeys - e.g. London to Leeds
What do you need to communicate? 
Activities to keep you entertained on the coach / train
Why do they need to know?
Because train journeys are demotivating and boring
What will they respond to?
Booklet, simple board games, graphic comic books, humorous newspaper
Where do they go?
They will receive the product either before they get to university along side prospectuses or when they arrive

Justifying an art / creative degree to parents
What do you need to communicate? 
What the course consists of and what job prospects come after the course
Why do they need to know?
Parents / guardians / friends may be skeptical or judgemental about what the course consists of.
What will they respond to?
Zine / posters / USB with course info
Where do they go?
Around university or sent to the students before the course
