Final Cake production

The main barriers we encountered were the chocolate not melting properly in the microwave, to overcome this we melted it in a metal bowl over boiling water which was perfect for pouring over the cake. There was also a build up of chocolate in the middle of the a and around the serifs in the e, we solved this by using a straw to clear out those areas before the melted chocolate dried.

Didn't turn out to be the picture perfect cake we desired but over all I am happy with how everything went and it turned was an interesting problem solving task. The only thing I would change would be using our own cake for the letters because I think they taste better.
